1. 30-Day Subscription Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for our 30-day subscription plan. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your subscription purchase date.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@bidvpn.com within 7 days of your purchase. Provide your subscription details and the reason for your refund request.
3. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
4. Non-Refundable
Subscriptions purchased outside of the 30-day plan are non-refundable. Refund requests made after 7 days of the purchase date will not be processed.

Bid VPN reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
